The buffer impacts and mitigation should encompass the buffer drawn from the entire basin and both existing and new
impervious from the road bed encroaching on the new buffer. The new road is considered allowable with mitigation
under the Table of Uses (non-perpendicular crossing of the buffer) until you get to the boat ramp approach. Please
amend the figure to show the these changes.
