Wanted to let you know that the Tree Removal Project(POLK-2016-001) has been released from the current NOV. Phase
3 (POLK-2014-009) is still under a NOV and will not be released until groundcover becomes established. Land Quality will
not be issuing any approvals for new projects until the NOV has been released. It's my understanding that you are going
to issue the 401 for the site. Can you please copy me and Stan on your correspondence.
