This project is a newly constructed school in Union County NC that doe not meet current storm water quality
conditions of an existing 401 certification. A retrofit design in compliance with the current standards has been
completed for review. The site consists of 5 drainage areas. 2 of the 5 drainage areas are under the 24% threshold
and do not require storm water treatment. The remaining drainage areas are treated utilizing 2 expanded and 1
additional wet pond.
