Kevin and Ian,
I have just taken a look at this project. I do think the amount of land disturbance
and impacts they are proposing with have a significant water quality impact on the
fragile receiving streams. However, since they are proposing a low density
subdivision in an area without buffer rules, I do not know of any way that I can
require BMPs. In fact, it would be difficult to fit BMPs into this steep terrain.
