outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, and 005 as required General Permit No NCG210355.
Please note that due to past results for outfalls 1-3, we fall under Tier II/TIER III
requirements and will be submitting reports monthly. Outfalls 004 and 005 are on a semi-
annual sampling schedule and will be resampled in the 2nd half of 2016.
