On April 16, 2007 you requested a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division of Water
Quality for your project. Your application was returned on May 30, 2008. On June 6, 2008 you
faxed a copy of the US Army Corps of Engineers General Permit Verification for the subject
property. The amount of impacts associated with the project are below the written concurrence
thresholds for DWQ 401 certification. You are not required to obtain written concurrence for the
project, as long as you comply with the DWQ General Certification number 3705 (attached). All
work must be accomplished in accordance with the conditions contained in the DWQ General
Certification 3705.
