I've tried every avenue I can think of to locate the plans you submitted. We can find the letter of
approval by the City of Burlington, but not the copy of the complete plans, calcs, etc. I'm sorry but
you're going to have to send them again. Please send them to the attention of Annette Lucas, 401
Wetlands Unit, 2321 Crabtree Blvd., Suite 250, Raleigh, NC 27604. Please be sure that the DWQ
permit # 08-0430 is referenced clearly on the cover sheet.
