Matt,
I'm not currently in the office, but I don't recall that the Division has received a copy of the stormwater
management plan and confirmation of approval that you should have from Johnston County. Sending in this
information to the Division prior to impacting surface waters or wetlands is a condition of the water quality
certification. A digital copy is preferred. I will be in the office after 2 pm today if you have any questions.

In compliance with our recent request to extend our wetland impact by 0.277 acres and in accordance
with the permit modification dated 10 October 2016, USACE Action ID No SAW-2015-02127, TIP# R-
576 /WBS# 46448.1.1, NC DEQ Certificate # 4051/Permit # IWP000005 attached please find acceptance
of the change from Johnston County department of erosion control. If you could kindly respond with
acceptance of this email and convey any further needs before we proceed I would greatly appreciate it.
