with the permit modification dated 10 October 2016, USACE Action ID No SAW-2015-02127, TIP# R-
5769/WBS# 46448.1.1, NC DEQ Certificate # 4051/Permit # IWP000005 attached please find acceptance
of the change from Johnston County department of erosion control. If you could kindly respond with
acceptance of this email and convey any further needs before we proceed I would greatly appreciate it.

After review of the attached information ( modifications to existing permits) and a site inspection that was performed
October 27, 2016 it is ok to proceed with the modifications. No additional requirements are necessary. Please contact
me once the silt fencing has been relocated for a follow up inspection.

the Army Corp Permit #SAW-2015-02127 and the NC DEQ Certificate # 4051/Permit # IWP000005, which
are attached. Upon review, if you would be kind enough to let us know if there are any additional
requirements with Johnston County, that you are requesting, I would greatly appreciate the
feedback. Todd Biggerstaff will secure the information requested on the baffles in pond #3 and get that to
you promptly. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the attached documents and the site
