It's unclear based on Art's application. I was out there today, and saw an area in the SW quadrant adjacent to the existing bridge that looked like it may be a wetland (heavy wetland veg). I didn't have an auger so I didn't check the soils. It would definitely be within the impact area if it is a wetland. Thanks.
