Upon review of your application, I will need a scaled map of the impacts with Zone 1 and Zones 2 of the buffer
depicted. Please see the attached map as a reference to assist you. I will process the application upon receipt of the
map. In addition, please modify the map and page 3 of 8 to include the impact of the steps as well as the deck. The
deck from scaling off google earth is within Zones 1 and 2 to the Neuse River Buffer. This is still an allowable
activity. However, the impacts to the zones of the buffer will need to be corrected with the buffer impact table. If you
have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
