Galen confirmed what we talked about yesterday about the UT to Bald Creek on Sheet 9.
The stream enters the system at approximately Station 130 on Sheet 7 and remains
piped until it exits the system as depicted on Sheet 9. The stream was not daylighted
for reason you suspected - deep cuts along the road.
