I have spoken to both of you this week in regards to the stormwater diversion project at Dan River. Right now we have
several things we still need to evaluate before we can respond to David’s request for additional information. I believe it
may take us approximately 2 weeks to get a response back to both the Corps and DEQ. Thanks for your understanding
