RE: Adams Farm Lake Bank Stabilization - DWQ Project #06-1576v2
Dear Ms. Karoly:
We did not respond to your letter of February 13, 2008 because we were working with
Andrew Williams from the Army Corps of Engineers to determine the type of permit
needed to complete this project in its entirety.
We will address each of your concerns in full and resubmit our application when we hear
from the Corps of Engineers. Please provide us with a contact name and number so that
we can discuss the issues and address all of your concerns at once and hopefully receive
your approval.
We are going to lower the level of the lake by pumping water from the lake. We will
lower the level approximately 36" and this lowering will address the issue of stream
impact; because with the lower level there should be water or stream disturbance.
Please provide the requested information and we will resubmit our application as soon as
possible.
