1. INSTALL STILLING BASIN WITH A MINIMUM CAPACITY OF 878 C.Y.
2. CONSTRUCT 4.0' BASE BY 2.0' DEEP TEMPORARY CHANNELS WITH 2:1 SIDE SLOPES.
INSTALL GEOTEXTILE LINER (SEE DETAIL B) IN TEMPORARY CHANNELS TO STABILIZE.
3. INSTALL IMPERVIOUS DIKES AS SHOWN ON PLAN.
4. DIVERT STREAMS THROUGH TEMPORARY CHANNELS.
5. INSTALL PROPOSED REINFORCED CONCRETE BOX CULVERT INCLUDING HEADWALLS.
6. INSTALL 54" RCP-III AND HEADWALL, THEN CONNECT TO PROPOSED RCBC.
7. REMOVE STILLING BASIN AND IMPERVIOUS DIKES AND DIVERT STREAMS THROUGH
8. FILL IN TEMPORARY CHANNEL CHANGES.
9. CONSTUCT ROADWAY PAVEMENT AND FILL AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
