Hi Monte and Steve,

Just letting know that we will be placing the US 321 permit modification on "hold" until DOT addresses NCWRC concerns. I met with Marla and the landowner out there yesterday and agreed
that there may be other
stormwater design options that DOT may want to consider to improve water quality. The official hold letter will likely go out later today or tomorrow.
