Hi Heath and Zack,
I met with Marla Chambers and the landowner on Bills Lane in the field yesterday to discuss the pending permit modification for the addition of two stormwater outfalls to Bailey Camp
Creek. We walked up the
mountain to locate the current pipe outlet and investigate erosion issues. We observed that the existing sediment/erosion control fence placed near the existing outlet is about to fail.
There is a huge sediment slug
that will likely be transported down the mountain and into Bailey Camp Creek with the next storm. Please instruct your inspectors to make repairs to the measures ASAP along that area
and install any additional
measures that are needed.
Thanks and we appreciate your help with this.
