Attached is the PCN and associated dOCUmentation for the NCSU Centennial Campus Initiative Way Extension project.
We will be delivering the hard copies of the permit application to your office first thing in the morning along with a
payment of$570 for"major impacts." I have also attached a scanned copy of the check for your records.
Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know if there is anything else we need to provide pertaining to this permit
request.
