Project Name: Grace Bay Subdivision
Project Location: 493 Broad Creek Loop Road in Newport adjacent to Bogue Sound and Huff
Gut off of Hwy 24 on the west side of Broad Creek in Carteret County
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to develop a 12-lot subdivision. This will involve
filling jurisdictional wetlands on lot 5 and the addition of a 543' retaining wall
along lot 4 and lot 5. It will also involve construction of a road, utilities and
traditional s/d infrastructure such as, clubhouse, pool, house pads, grading,
preparation and septic tanks.
