I visited the Site 5 Mitigation area on U-2525 on July 20,2016 to assess the sill installment and ascertain if the problem of
headcutting had been remedied. It appeared that the stream (see pictures) is stabilizing and that channel incision has
decreased considerably. Please review the pictures and let me know if you have any questions or comments.
