Jerry Parker From: Wrenn, Brian L Sent: Friday, July 08, 2016 10:43 AM To: Parker, Jerry A; Snell, William H Cc: david.e.bailey2@usace.army.mil Subject: R-2524 at Drawbridge Pkwy Gentlemen, Below is a summary of our site visit from yesterday. I’ve also attached my photos of the site.  #57 stone and sediment were deposited in a UT to Horse Pen Creek at the bridge over Drawbridge Parkway.  The sediment loss occurred due to restricted flow at the inlet that directs the stormwater away from the slope and to the opposite side of the road. Small stone had unnecessarily been placed around the inlet as a protective measure. During the rain events the water built up around the inlet and overflowed, draining down the rip rap embankment upslope of UT to Horse Pen Creek.  Some clean up had occurred, but additional areas of sediment still need to be removed, shovels and buckets are preferred. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks. Brian L.
