A review of the plans and specifica ons has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater
Regula ons set forth in Title 15A Sec on NCAC 2H.1000.
I will be able to issue the permit as soon as I receive final documenta on that impacts to the streams and wetlands have
been addressed.

Jennifer Robertson with Atlas Environmental has been working on this effort with DWR and the CORPs and has a couple
of mee ngs set up to discuss their comments and review. Once we receive any addi onal informa on regarding these
permits we will send over to complete the .
It was men oned last week that this was the only outstanding item regarding this review and permit approval. Did you
have any other ques ons or comments regarding this previous submission?

The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DELMR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Applica on for the subject project on September 21, 2016. A preliminary review of that informa on has determined
that the applica on is not complete. The following informa on is needed to con nue the stormwater review:
Ø Please provide documenta on that impacts to the streams and wetlands have been addressed.
The construc on of any impervious surfaces, other than a construc on entrance under an approved Sedimenta on
