The link below will provide you with an electronic version of the original 404/401 permit for the project (R-
2237C). DOT’s Stormwater permit is a part of the 404/401. The Stormwater permit was renewed last year and is
attached. Last week, DOT requested to modify their 404/401 to account for the impacts to Bailey’s Camp Creek
associated with two stormwater outfalls. That modification has not been reviewed by our office yet. It can be found at
the second link below. Let me know if you need anything further.

Hi, I'm the Yadkin Riverkeeper. I had a meeting with Scott Marshall who lives up along Bailey's Camp Creek
and is having some issues with NCDOT regarding a proposed stormwater pipe they're looking to run through
his property and have discharge into the stream.

I was writing to see if you had a copy of the NPDES Stormwater permit that would cover this discharge and if I
could come by your office next week to pick up a copy(if you can email one electronically that would work as
well).
