I have the information that I need to draft the permit and forward to Raleigh for
signature. Due to field work scheduled for this week, the permit will be drafted on
Friday. The final should follow next week.

learn what actions remain to be completed by DWQ in order to for the town to
secure the Wetlands Permit for our project? Is there additional information
required from the Town? If not I would be very appreciative of issuance of this
permit without further delay.
