Hey guys!
Ed forwarded to me the email correspondence you’ve had with him – the latest one seems to indicate that you are ok
with DOT proceeding to submit a PCN? The question was asked of me so I’m going to straight to the source.
I recognize that there are still concerns with some of the P&N as it has been presented and I’ll work (as best as I am able
to) with Ed to see if we can’t tighten that up some. At this point, I’m not even sure who will be preparing the documents
– me? Consultant? PDEA?
I’ll definitely keep you in the loop – and thanks in advance.
