Box 10879 Southport, NC 28461 Subject Property: The Reserve At St. James Plantation Polly Gulley Creek [030617,18-88-9-1-1, SC, SW, HQW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Atkinson: On April 16, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application revision for impacts that were missing in your previous application, to fill or otherwise impact 1.99 acres of 404/wetland to construct the proposed residential subdivision, multi-family and commercial development. The DWQ has determined that your application remains incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. In the April 10, 2008 response to Kim Garvey, it was indicated that Mark Brambell was currently working on updating the wetland delineation maps for this site. Provide copies of the updated Jurisdictional Determination maps upon approval by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Respond within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive the above requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn.
