REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Atkinson:
On April 16, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application revision for
impacts that were missing in your previous application, to fill or otherwise impact 1.99 acres of
404/wetland to construct the proposed residential subdivision, multi-family and commercial
development. The DWQ has determined that your application remains incomplete and/or
provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional
information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on
the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information
requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A
NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional
information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your
project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. In the April 10, 2008 response to Kim Garvey, it was indicated that Mark Brambell was
currently working on updating the wetland delineation maps for this site. Provide copies
of the updated Jurisdictional Determination maps upon approval by the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers.
Respond within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive the above
requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, we will assume that you
no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn.
