Subject:Flash flooding
Brian,

This is just a heads up that Division Seven has received several inches of rain over the last couple of days with flash
flooding in several locations. I have had conversations with many of the project inspectors today and have received
reports that devices at some locations have been overwhelmed resulting in floodwaters inundating project sites.
Accurate assessments are difficult to determine because waters are still rising at many locations. We will likely have to
wait until floodwaters recede at some areas before establishing a plan of action. I still plan to visit some of the more
pressing sites today to see if there is something presently we can do. I will try to keep you informed of our actions.
