12 month rolling PAN was exceeded in Field 5 in August and PAN is still exceeded in Field 7 from earlier in the year. Rolling averages are back below permitted limits on Fields 6 and 8. Spray irrigation is still
ceased on Field 7. A phone call was made to Geoff Kegley, NCDEQ, on August 11, 2016 explaining the situation. This occured due to excessive rainfall and a wastewater upset that occured earlier in the
year, which forced us stop irrigating certain fields and irrigate harder on others. We felt it was in our best interest to continue irrigating hard in preparation for hurricane season.
