The project is included in the 2016-2025 North Carolina State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). Right of way acquisition is scheduled for state fiscal year 2020 and construction is scheduled for state fiscal year 2025 in the STIP. An External Scoping Meeting has been scheduled for April 21, 2016 at 8:15 AM and will be held in Structure Design Conference Room C in Building A of the Century Center. Attached for your review are the project data sheets and mapping for the subject project. We would appreciate any information you might have that would be helpful in evaluating the potential environmental impacts of the project. Please review the packet and be prepared to discuss any additional known information regarding your resource and comments or questions about the project at the scoping meeting.
