I’ve also attached my photos. If you have any questions on these, please do not hesitate to contact me. Site 18  Repair erosion/sedimentation control (ESC) measures in median area – fencing should be set up as vertical as possible and sediment coated stone should be removed and replaced with clean, washed stone.  Sediment in stream bed in median appears to be only a film – no additional clean up needed.  Upstream side of crossing – sediment just upstream of pipe inlet needs to be removed (3-4” deep), shovel and buckets preferred method of removal.  Repair ESC measures upslope of the crossing – drainage ditch should be stabilized and reseeded and eroded sediment deposited behind the wattles should be removed. Site 9  Clean up has occurred, but ~3 piles of collected sediment need to be removed from the wetland area (photos showing clean up of these piles was received 7/7/16).  ESC measures have been improved to increase storage.  Monitor the vegetation in the wetland area – if vegetation has not returned by fall, wetland seed mix should be planted. Site 8  Some clean up has occurred, but area is still very wet with standing water in most of the affected area – once area has dried out, remaining sediment should be removed (at least 3” deep but difficult to tell with standing water), shovel and buckets preferred method of removal.  A basin is proposed upslope of the wetland area to increase storage of storm flows. Currently a underdrain pipe outlets to the drainage area. This will need to be extended beyond the drainage way prior to basin installation Brian L.
