Resources (DWR). On July 26, 2016, the DWR requested additional information in order to complete
the review of the application. On September 22, 2016, the DWR received notification from the
Division of Coastal Management and from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers that you had withdrawn
your current application. Therefore, your file is hereby considered withdrawn with the DWR.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for this
activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina General
Statutes and Administrative Code.
