Subject: R-3421 utilty permit
Dave,
A few months back, Kleinfelder requested and received a 401 permit for the relocation of Piedmont’s gas line along the
US220 bypass project in Richmond County. A 404 has yet to be issued for the project. Andy wants the 404 to come
through DOT as a modification of the IP for R-3421. Does this cause any problems for the 401 that you issued?
