I’m copying Brian Wrenn who is DWR’s new 401 contact for DOT’s Div 7 and 8 projects as of this week. We’ll be transitioning projects over the next several weeks. I’ll still be covering Divs 9 and 11. From: Dilday, Jason L Sent: Thursday, April 14, 2016 11:56 AM To: Wanucha, Dave <dave.wanucha@ncdenr.gov> Subject: R-3421 utilty permit Dave, A few months back, Kleinfelder requested and received a 401 permit for the relocation of Piedmont’s gas line along the US220 bypass project in Richmond County. A 404 has yet to be issued for the project. Andy wants the 404 to come through DOT as a modification of the IP for R-3421. Does this cause any problems for the 401 that you issued? 1 Jason Email correspondence to and from this sender is subject to the N.C. Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties. 2
