FYI,

Sediment loss on R-0623 (Troy Bypass).

The loss is not at a permitted site. There was more hard rain in the area last night. The project inspector will be out on
the project today to check the permitted sites.

I also expect to get reports from R-3421C today.

Gentlemen,

Sediment loss at 30" pipe outlet, station 173+00, of approximately 2.5 yds has been discovered following a total
of 5 inches of rainfall over the last two days. This area is not a permitted site. We have notified the contractor, J
T Russell and Sons for cleanup to immediately begin.
