Andy, Brian,

The purpose of this email is to inform you that we have had some sediment losses at a couple sites on R-3421C.
According to the rain gage on site the project received 2.25 inches of rain between Sunday evening and Tuesday
morning. The project inspectors are just getting access to the sites, and are currently collecting the information about
the volume of the losses, and the station numbers involved. I will forward that information to you as soon as I get it.

I will recommend that the contractor start cleanup of the sites as soon as the losses are documented.
