Subject: City of Raleigh Stormwater Plan Review
Dan,
I have checked with staff at the City of Raleigh about your project and
they have indicated that the NC Museum of Art Expansion Project's
stormwater management plan is subject to their review and approval. I
recommend that you contact Ben Brown, supervisor of stormwater reviews
for Raleigh, at 516-2168. My role as the Division of Water Quality
engineer will be to review the project for compliance with the Neuse
River Buffer diffuse flow requirements and also to require proof of the
City of Raleigh's stormwater approval before impacts to streams are
begun. Please feel free to email me or call if you have any questions.
