My only comments are the following: Page 4 lists the Application Date as October 1, 2016. Is that 2016 for the reapplication date? If so, should there be a reference to the original application date of October 1, 2015. Wasn't sure if 2016 was a typo or not. The mitigation requirement of 1,947 LF includes the proposed and existing culvert impacts, the splash rock impacts, the engineered solution impacts, and the headcut fix. Is that correct? Since, DWR doesn't normally require mitigation on stabilization measures, I am assuming that the splash rocks and engineered solutions are being considered part of the culvert installation. I know that it really doesn't matter because the Corps' mitigation requirements will be above and beyond. It's more for my understanding. On Page 6, 5a, line 6, there is an extra "of" and/or "the". I went through the impact table twice and it all looks good and makes since to me. Thank you.
