Ian,
I have reviewed the application for Baldwin Peak. There current impacts are
accurately quantified. The current impacts at crossing A will be covered in the
approval of a 90 foot pipe. Can you put in the approval letter that they will have
to submit a restoration plan to the RRO for the impacts exceeding what is authorized
in your approval for crossing B?
