The plant was non-compliant for the exceeding the effluent BOD limits most of the month. The plant had 4 TSS violations as well. Currently ONWASA staff is working with Tom Therrington at the Wilr
Regional Office with these issues. Further we continue to work with the Design Engineers, Equipment Manufacturers, and Peers to resolve the issues with the plant and bring it back in to compliance.
