The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: Application Item III. requests the following: • A vicinity map, clearly showing the location of the property with respectto local landmarks, such as towns, rivers and roads. • A detailed site plan, showing property boundaries and project plans in relation to surrounding properties. o Both maps must include a scale and a north arrow. • The package should also include the USGS Topographic Quad map and NRCS Soil Survey with the property boundaries outlined. • For stream stabilization and / or structure installation, plan view and construction drawings must be included in order for the agency to determine applicability. • Color photographs of the existing stream banks with scale (shovel handle / survey rod / yard stock / person / etc.) to show the instability and adjacent land uses. Application Item VI, Proposed Impacts requests a delineation map for the entire property showing all jurisdictional waters, streams, and wetlands onsite be included. 3. Application VII, Impact Justification request that you provide a description of the existing conditions on-site and the need / reason for the actions proposed to be taken. Additionally, you should explain how the proposed activity is the minimum amount of work necessary to achieve the project purpose.
