Amanda,
There are a few minor details that we need touched up but otherwise the stormwater plan looks good.
can send these in a formal letter asap or give you a week to get it to me and possibly avoid the letter,
your choice.
-I need the BMP "required items checklist" (page 2) of the excel spreadsheet (for each basin)
-please call out the vegetated shelf clearly on both of the stormwater basin sectional details
-please add a note to the basin details that notes after the basin is cleaned out from use as a sediment
pond that all design elevations, slopes, and other design criteria will be rechecked and adjusted as
necessary.
-please show vegetation (grass) being established on the inside slopes above the permanent pool level.
-for the vegetative shelf planting plan, please note a construction sequence that involves proper
preparation of the shelf soil material (if/as needed) and that planting will be only after use as a sediment
basin. please also add any initial fertilization, watering, etc to ensure vegetation survival.
-there's a typo on the spreadsheet for basin #1, bottom of shelf elevation (814 ft?)
