Please provide the appropriate BMP Supplement Forms in an organized manner,
with all parts of the form for each BMP attached together. Please also refer to the
BMPs in a consistent manner throughout the submittal; for example, the same
BMP is called "Phase 1 B Stormwater Wetland" and "BMP #2" in different
portions of the submittal. The DWQ is unable to conduct a thorough review due
to the difficulty of finding the necessary information.
2. Please completely fill out the Required Items Checklists and provide ALL
required items, including the planting plans. Please refer to plan and page sheet
numbers that can be found in the submittal. Failure to provide this information in
the resubmittal will result in a return of application.
3. In areas where regrading is proposed to provide appropriate filter strip slopes, you
must show all of the new grading lines within and around the perimeter of the
proposed filter strip.
4. The filter strip downslope of level spreader 2 is directing a portion of the flow to
the bypass channel. Please redesign so that the bypass channel is completely out
of the filter strip.
5. BMP #4 is proposed to be a wet detention pond, however, no forebay has been
provided.
6. All BMPs must be designed, at a minimum, to meet the standards in the NC BMP
Manual, available at: http://h2o.em.state.nc.us/su/bmp fornis.htm.
