Per the requirements of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule, you must show that this
site meets diffuse flow requirements with properly designed level spreaders at
every stormwater outfall (or other appropriate BMP) as explained in Chapter 8 of
the BMP Manual (see http:Hh2o.enr.state.nc.us/su,/bmp forms.htm). If you plan
to use level spreaders to achieve diffuse flow, then please submit a Level Spreader
Supplement Form with all required items for each proposed level spreader (see
above web site).
2. Please provide documentation of the Town of Garner's approval of the
stormwater management plan for this project by providing EITHER:
• A valid approval letter and one copy of the approved SMP, including plans
and calculations, OR
• A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by
the Town of Garner.
3. Please be advised that the BMPs on this site must be designed such that the meet
the minimum requirements listed in the North Carolina BMP Manual.
