The proposed BMPs must be designed to meet state requirements regardless of
whether the stormwater review is being conducted by the City of Burlington or
the DWQ. Please insure that the proposed BMP includes provisions for
pretreatment, flowpath lengths, 3:1 side slopes and other required design elements
listed in the DWQ BMP Manual.
2. Please submit one copy of the approved stormwater management plan approved
by the City of Burlington, including plan details, calculations and other
supporting information (See our stormwater policy at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/'
