I apologize for my amnesia on this one.
It appears the latest letter came straight to my office without being scanned. I
will hand it over to Bev today.
They submitted the approval letter from Burlington but did not include the approved
SMP. I will call them and ask them for it. If it looks really bad, we can pull rank
on them, but let's decide after we see it.

before the classes and this application came in and was processed prior to that
cut off time. We agreed to process this project under the old policy because that
was what was in effect through 90% of their review and what I had committed to
doing. If you want me to review the SMP (as our policy says we can still do) I
can, or I can put it on my future list for a MUST do compliance visit. The permit
I wrote said they just had to submit a copy to us for our files (per our old
policy).
I didn't see it scanned into laserfische yet.

approved SMP (it was approved by City of Burlington). They called to ask
me if they are in compliance and I couldn't find a record of it in BIMS.
They have a signed green card that it was delivered to the mail Service
Center but they sent it to Coleen's attention. Who knows where it is.

Would you be able to check all the possible locations in the Parkview
bldg before I maybe send a note over to the Stormwater group as the 2nd
most likely place it might have ended up. Thanks.
