The Yadkin School system hand delivered payment to the WS Journal to pay for the public notice and hand delivered a receipt of
payment to me today. I'm attaching a scan of the document they gave me.
Ian, I'll get you comments for the IP tomorrow. If you want to start drafting it, I expect I won't have more than a comment or
two for the permit, its a pretty routine project once you get past the fact that they started construction without permits.
