In your resubmittal, please be aware that per NCAC 2B 15A: 02H.1000, a "drainage area" is defined as "the entire area contributing surface runoff to a single point." The overall plan in your May 12, 2008 submittal does not provide information about the specific discharge points and their associated drainage areas. A drainage area map that shows site topography, all of the stormwater discharge points, their associated drainage areas and the percent imperviousness of the drainage areas must be provided. This map must be at a readable scale of 1" = 50' or larger. 2. Please note that developments with the lot sizes you are proposing are nearly always considered to be high density. Also, please be sure to use realistic figures when calculating the lot imperviousness. It is unusual to see single family homes that have a footprint of only 0.036 acre, or 1,568 square feet, per lot.
