Dear Mr. Hepp:
The Division of Water Quality received an application for a 401 Water Quality
Certification on April 14, 2008. Based on a review of the plan and conversation with you via
telephone, the application is being withdrawn from consideration. No impacts are proposed to
the Catawba Riparian Buffer that requires written approval (shoreline stabilization, tree removal,
etc.) for the placement of the boat dock.
