Overlook Park Phase 2, in Mecklenburg county. This is an IP.
Add a condition that the channel adjacent to the road (Lakeview Rd) will be
enhanced. In addition to payment to EEP. Currenlty is the stream is more of a
ditch with briars and scrub shrubs running along side. Planting of trees and more
suitable vegetation would be better.
SW is part of the project and has been upgraded to "wetland"
