Chad, There is a need for rip-rap in order to provide slope
protection at the inlet end of a new retaining wall that was just
installed. Our concern is to provide protection from potential
high veloctiy storm waters that may undermine the toe and create
instability of the retaining wall. Attached is a drawing that
depicts the preferred placement of the rip-rap at this wall. Can
we arrange this change with DWQ? No rip rap will be placed in
the -stream itself, only in the RBZ.
