The NC Division of Water Quality is in receipt of your consultant's most recent submittal. The
Division of Water Quality is placing this project on hold so that the DWQ's Fisheries Biologists
and the Wildlife Resources Commission's Fisheries Biologists have a chance to review the
submission and make a determination as to effect on the Trout resources.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to
wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your
application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Mr. Kevin Barnett at 828-
